Sex is yet another form of physical activity. People who have an active sex life often have low stress level. This is a good way to be emotionally, mentally and sexually happy. This leads to a happy and stress free life. In case there is a serious problem that needs to be sorted out, talking to someone about it helps a lot. Some people cannot talk to friends and hence can go talk to a counselor. This helps in dealing with the problem in an efficient manner.
